This is individual stalks wrapped in a paper towel. Keep moist and in refrigerator.
Storing celery: Wrap the celery in aluminum foil either cut or intact, and do so tightly. You may want to place the celery on a slightly damp paper towel before you wrap it in the foil. Then place the wrapped celery in the refrigerator.
Another benefit to our products is the nutritional value: "powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. “Thyme’s hardiness means that you can simply toss it into a resealable container and stick it in your refrigerator with no other precautions. It should still remain usable for several weeks.”
