On Arrival at Land O ‘ th Loud, you are met with a loud mouth welcome delivered Duncan style as you pass the ’ Cackle Shack on the left, The Rustic Branch Barn is just ahead, if ya look closely you can catch a glimpse of Th’ Love Shack (original home of Loud Mouth Tushy Treats) you then pass the future garden spot where soil conditioning is under way. As you descend the hill you pass the grow operation locals call Mushroom Manor. Within, magic happens, inclusive of 2 grow rooms lovingly named mushroom madness and mushroom mayhem behind glass doors visitors will be able to view the mushrooms while safeguarding visitors and mushrooms alike. Likewise incubation, picking, packing, cold storing, and order fulfillment happens under one roof with adequate monitoring systems, filtered air exchange, and zoned controls that can be monitored onsite. The drive dead ends into a small 900 sq ft structure. 450’ downstairs devoted to visitor waiting area and tea bar with restroom and covered porch..
