Ellijay Mushrooms is a unique mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Ellijay, Georgia. The farm harvests the highest quality of Shitake and Oyster mushrooms in the area. We grow our shiitakes in double layered greenhouses and the oysters in refurbished 53’ reefer trailer. The farm produces 3,000-5,000lbs Shiitake Mushrooms per week with plenty room to grow. We offer our mushrooms packed in 3-pound, 5-pound boxes and a 3.5oz till (100% recyclable cardboard till) boxes.

Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best tasting and highest quality shiitake mushrooms. Ellijay Mushrooms are certified Georgia Grown, Primus 3.1 Certified (GAP), Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) and Appalachian Grown certified. We are starting the Organic Certification process now. We do mushrooms Different!

We offer Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms. We are currently working on obtaining our Organic Certification.
