We also have farm fresh eggs.
Our girls are let out of their coop during most days to forage around the farm and are a huge asset to our honeybees. They aid in keeping down other insect predators who love nothing more than to invade the hives. They are supplemented with fresh veggie scraps from our garden and pesticide free feed and corn. They are not birds for meat but considered pets and each has their own name and identifiable personalities. We even installed a pond inside the coop for our resident duck couple. Yes, we also have duck eggs available and in the spring we have turkey eggs. Those two are wonderful for the most decadent results in your pastries and baked goods.
